Return & Refund Policy

Fancywarm is committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If your order has any quality issues, you may request a return or refund according to the following policy:

Return & Refund Conditions

We accept returns and refunds only for products with quality issues, including but not limited to:

 

Damage during transportation

 

Functional defects or visible flaws

 

Please note:

We do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons, such as personal preference, accidental purchase, or other subjective reasons.

Return Procedure

If you discover a problem with your product, please follow these steps:

 

Take clear photos showing the quality issue (e.g., damage).

 

Email us at fancywarm2004@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos as evidence.

 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

 

*Please do not return your package to the original shipping address.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm the issue, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping & Fees

We do not charge any return handling fees, regardless of the reason.

 

Shipping costs:

 

If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

The customer must pay the return shipping upfront and provide a valid receipt. Once the issue is confirmed, we will reimburse the shipping fee.

 

If a replacement is requested due to a product defect, we will also cover the outbound shipping cost for the new item.
