Clear options to accept, reject, or customize preferences ;

No non-essential cookies can be placed until consent is obtained.

Under the UK GDPR and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR):

•  Same requirements as the EU: prior, granular consent is required for non-essential cookies ;

• Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs):

 Consent is not strictly required for cookies, but transparency is mandatory.
